Students who choose this area of emphasis for their Leadership and Ministry degree will be able to apply management theory and techniques to facilitate change within an organization. Additionally, this person will not only learn the Biblical principles of leadership, students within the Organizational Leadership emphasis will attain the practical business and entrepreneurial skills needed to successfully lead within a church, or Kingdom-Based organization.
