KCC – Transfer Agreements

Because KCC primarily offers ministry degrees, we have made it easy for students pursuing non-ministry degrees to start their college careers with us in a small, Christian college environment and then transfer to another school after one or two years of general study or after four years to begin graduate studies. While our credits have transferred successfully to a long list of universities and colleges across the country, a number of specific schools have established transfer agreements with KCC, ensuring a seamless transition for our students.

KCC Agreement Schools

Barclay College Master’s Degree Agreement

KCC students who have completed undergraduate studies at KCC may enter Barclay College’s M.A. program and receive a full scholarship to three courses in the fields of Bible and Theology, totaling nine credit hours of the 36 needed to graduate.

Central Christian College Articulation Agreement

Located in the Central Kansas town of McPherson, CCC is a private, four-year college that offers more than 40 areas of study including business, exercise science, communications and more. All KCC students will be able to transfer courses with a grade of C- or better and apply them as general education credits toward a CCC bachelor’s degree. As appropriate, the transferrable courses may be used to fulfill both general education requirements and elective credits. Through the agreement, students graduating from KCC with an Associate of General Studies degree will be able to transfer into CCC with junior standing, providing they have completed the required courses. However, if a student is deficient in a general education requirement, that course will likely need to be completed at CCC. And all students transferring into a School of Liberal Arts & Sciences will be required to take the class Foundations of Philosophical Thought at CCC.
