We are excited to announce that Mr. Eric Rochester has joined Kansas Christian College as our new Director of Advancement.
Eric brings a wealth of ministry experience to KCC, having served the Lord in full-time ministry for 45 years in the Kansas City metro area. For 35 of those years, he held executive leadership roles in both parachurch and church settings. One of his lifelong passions has been reaching the next generation, something he focused on for the first 21 years of his ministry.
15 years ago, Eric founded The Sending Project (TSP), a nonprofit ministry dedicated to connecting and mobilizing the citywide Body of Christ. Through TSP, Eric helped build networks with more than 350 churches and 200 ministries, fostering unity and collaboration across the region.
Eric is deeply energized by the vision of Kansas Christian College: seeing thousands of students change the world for Christ. He looks forward to advancing KCC’s mission, building upon its strong foundation of ministry, and helping grow its impact in Christian higher education.
On a personal note, Eric is an avid supporter of Kansas City sports, cheering for the Chiefs, Royals, and the Kansas Jayhawks. He and his wife, Marcia, make their home in the Kansas City area. Together, they share a blended family of four adult children and nine grandchildren.
Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Mr. Eric Rochester as he begins his new role at KCC. We are grateful for the experience, vision, and heart he brings to our community.
