This week the KCC/OCS campus community and the Board of Trustees joined my call to a 40 Day Prayer and Fast. We are in unprecedented times in our country, our community, and on our campus. We need the Lord’s intervention. We need to humble ourselves before Him! The prayer and fast is focusing upon three specific needs within our campus community:
- The KCC/OCS community in transition due to the virus
- Complete healing for Jill Lee (wife of Matt Lee), who was recently diagnosed with advanced stage cancer
- Financial provision for our institution during these uncertain times.
A weekly prayer guide is being sent out in advance of each Monday. The guide contains a devotional for the week, scriptures for reflection, and a specific prayer request for each day of the week. The campus community has been asked to fast throughout the week and spend dedicated time in prayer for KCC and OCS.
