Earlier this month, I signed the paperwork to complete the purchase of a new building on the corner of 74th and Metcalf! We purchased a two-story, brick building from Herald and Banner Press, providing us with over 11,000 square feet of additional space. In the short term, the building will likely becomehome to our administrative and business offices giving us a presence on Metcalf. It will also serve as additional classroom space for our growing student body. It will continue to house the offices of the Church of God (Holiness) Home and World Missions departments. We were able to purchase it for a reasonable price and, thanks to a successful Fall fundraiser, were able to pay $50,000 as a down payment on the building. The mortgage is being held by the Church of God (Holiness) Foundation. We are grateful to the many people who helped make this transaction possible and look forward to continued growth as we develop servant leaders to serve in God’s Kingdom!
