President Pollard and a few of our ministerial students have been excited to visit several of our churches this semester and to share about the wonderful things God is doing at KCC. Abner Antonio, one of our Brazilian students (third from the right in the picture), describes what these trips have meant to him:
“During this fall, I have had the opportunity to live Ephesians 3:20.
“Invited by President Pollard, I and some ministerial students are having the awesome privilege to make ministry trips. It’s great to see how they reflect Christianity so clearly.
“Christianity teaches us that, thankfully, we ought to receive, and I think there would be no better way to thank the ones who are helping our school than by going into their churches and, face to face, demonstrate our affection and thankfulness.
“Christianity also shows us how we receive God’s honor through His grace. I can’t express how honored I am of being part of this initiative of our college. Trust me, there’s no better feeling for a sophomore ministerial student than that of sharing a 10-minute devotional of what he just learned in his classes.
“KCC, indeed, prepares students to serve the world.”
