Sport Leadership with Purpose
The Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management is designed to develop leaders who understand the business side of sport, the people side of leadership, and the ethical side of decision making. You will build skills in sport marketing, psychology, sociology, facility and event management, and sport law, while developing the leadership and communication needed to serve teams and communities well.

Program Objectives
By the end of the program, students will be equipped to:
- Integrate a Biblical worldview for ethical decision-making in sport management, including moral implications of sport policy and strategy, applying Christian principles to leadership and management in the sports industry.
- Strengthen professional communication and leadership skills for sport settings, focusing on teamwork, interpersonal dynamics, and organizational leadership.
- Apply core business principles within sport management, emphasizing strategic thinking, decision-making, and ethical considerations in sport policy.
- Develop broad sport management proficiency, including marketing, psychology, sociology, facility and event management, and the unique ethical challenges in sports.
- Prepare for sport management careers through personal and social ethics, mental wellness strategies, and an understanding of sport in ministry and community development.

Kansas Christian College offers accelerated pathways for students who want to maximize time and investment. Qualified students may be able to complete a bachelor’s degree in three years and move directly into a one-year master’s program, graduating with two degrees in about four years.
Sport Management students may be eligible for a 3+1 pairing with an MBA in Sport Management.
