Graduate-level Training for Ministry Leadership
The Master of Christian Ministry is designed to strengthen your knowledge of Scripture and equip you to lead effectively in ministry settings. You will grow in biblical interpretation, ministry leadership, and spiritual formation, with a focus on applying what you learn to real-world ministry practice.
This degree is built to help you lead with conviction, communicate clearly, and serve people with wisdom and integrity.

The MCM includes multiple concentration options. Each concentration supports a unique calling and ministry context. For the short term, the MCM is offered with the Pastoral Leadership concentration only.
What You Will Learn and Be Able to Do
By the end of the Master of Christian Ministry program, students will be equipped to:
- Demonstrate a knowledge of Scripture and the ability to use hermeneutical and exegetical principles to interpret and apply the Word of God in life and ministry.
- Communicate a Biblically based and Spirit-empowered theology of ministry and leadership based on knowledge of the nature and mission of the Church.
- Apply Biblical and theological knowledge to one’s personal spiritual formation within the practices of ministry.
