Daily routines, family vacations, church services, shopping, eating out … all quickly changed due to the coronavirus. For the past few weeks we have all had to live life a little differently than what we are accustomed to. Consequently, our spring fundraiser was quite different this year. Our very first Sunday Night Sing, streaming on Facebook, was held on April 19. Hundreds of people joined live to watch that evening, and the video on Facebook has had several thousand views since then. We were so blessed by those who shared in song and praise, and by the generosity of God’s people. To date, nearly $50,000 has been given or pledged as a result of this fundraising event. We look forward to adding to this amount as pledges continue to come in. We were reminded during this event that God’s faithfulness to KCC/OCS is still holding strong. May God continue to bless!
