Kansas Christian College is pleased to announce that Mr. Booker Fleming will be joining KCC as Choir Director. Booker will immediately begin working with current students and recruiting new students to join our campus family with the goal of restarting our choir program. In short, we are excited to bring back Voices of Victory to the campus, the community, and the constituency. We attempted a couple of years ago to restart the choir program, but plans were placed on hold through COVID.
Booker Fleming has been serving in the Kansas City area for over a decade, and he has worked for some of Kansas City’s premier churches. He is a licensed minister and has studied Audio Engineering Technology at Kansas City Kansas Community College. He is a former student of Kansas Christian College. Booker is currently a music director at an area church in Kansas City, Missouri and possesses exceptional musical talent!
His skills include audio engineering, songwriting, leadership, music production, and the ability to play multiple instruments. This is only a partial list of his many musical abilities. A few of his accomplishments include collaboration with a team of 20+ to develop Next Generation KC (a Christian singing group of young people from the KC area), owner of Booker T. Productions, and a recording artist with airtime on local radio stations. Booker states, “My knowledge in music is diverse in that I can adapt and create in many different genres. My passion is to see people’s lives changed through the use of my God-given gifts.” We are confident that Booker will be a strong asset to the KCC community, and we can’t wait to see how God works through his ministry here.
