Master of Business Administration (MBA)
KCC’s MBA is offered as an Executive MBA (30 hours) or an MBA with a concentration (36 hours). Concentration options listed in the catalog include Management, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, and Public Administration.
What students will develop:
- Practical understanding of recognized principles and best practices across business, economics, and organizational development, including cross-cultural and international application.
- A personal philosophy of ethical business and leadership rooted in a Biblically based Christian worldview.
- The ability to lead people, manage systems and operations, and steward resources effectively and ethically in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Master of Christian Ministry (MCM)
Short description
KCC’s Master of Christian Ministry is a 36-hour graduate program. The catalog lists concentrations in Chaplaincy, Counseling, Missions, Pastoral Leadership, and TESOL, and notes that in the short term, KCC is offering the Pastoral Leadership concentration only.
What students will develop:
- Knowledge of Scripture and the ability to interpret and apply the Word of God using hermeneutical and exegetical principles.
- A Biblically based and Spirit-empowered theology of ministry and leadership grounded in the nature and mission of the Church.
- Application of Biblical and theological knowledge to personal spiritual formation within ministry practices.

Interested in accelerated options?
If you are currently completing an undergraduate degree and your long-term goal includes a master’s, ask about accelerated options. Students may be able to complete a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in about four years through an accelerated pathway. Students who enter with an associate degree may be able to earn a master’s in a little over two years, depending on transfer credits, program fit, and course sequencing.
